Allan Zelikovic focuses his practice on medical malpractice. Mr. Zelikovic has substantial experience in this field, having briefly represented doctors and hospitals at the start of his career. However, for the past three decades he has exclusively represented injured patients. He has prosecuted over 1,000 cases against negligent doctors, hospitals, and various manufacturers of defective products. His success is well known throughout New York State, in both state and federal courts. As a tribute to his expertise in the field, Mr. Zelikovic has lectured on medical malpractice to both lawyers and law students for more than 20 years.
Mr. Zelikovic was born and raised in Montreal, Canada where he attended McGill University. Thereafter he attended Hofstra University School of Law where he obtained his law degree. While in law school, Mr. Zelikovic interned for Justice Beatrice Burstein in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Nassau County. Mr. Zelikovic is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts in all four regions of New York. He is a long-time member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice.
Mr. Zelikovic is an advocate for good and safe medical practices. He has developed his professional practice to ensure that those who have been injured through medical neglect receive the justice they deserve. For more than 30 years Mr. Zelikovic has fought tirelessly for the rights of those who have been injured or lost loved ones due to negligent and careless medical care and treatment. “We all go to doctors in whom we place our trust. When that trust is violated there must be justice.”
Mr. Zelikovic is the proud father of two adult sons and an avid amateur photographer.
