He also volunteered with the Duke Law School Health Justice Clinic, successfully representing clients in appeals of public benefit denials, including Social Security Disability and Medicaid benefits.
Prior to joining the firm, Joseph spent seven years as a corporate litigator at a large international law firm, representing major corporations in complex legal matters. Driven by a desire to advocate for individuals, he transitioned to personal injury and medical malpractice law, where he could directly assist those most in need of justice.
