At the firm since 1971, Warren Willinger specializes in preparing and trying personal injury cases involving medical malpractice, automobile accidents, premises liability and product liability. His effectiveness as a trial attorney is evident by his numerous seven-figure verdicts and settlements.

A member of several New York State and Westchester County bar associations, Mr.Willinger is also an arbitrator of civil cases in the United State District Court for the Eastern District in Brooklyn.

Along with Anthony Gair, Esq. he co-authored "Obtaining Surveillance Films in Personal Injury cases" 1990 Vol. 20 Issue 4, Trial Lawyers Quarterly. He has served as a Moot Court Judge at, Pace University Law School, and was a guest lecturer at Pace University Law School in "Basics of Medical Malpractice Litigation,"1995. Mr.Willinger has also served on medical malpractice panels in Supreme Court Westchester County, the Westchester/Putnam Volunteer Project and Appellate Division Panel of Assigned Defense Counsel for Indigent Defendants.
