members started working following graduation from law school and

GGCS&M’s
attention to detail begins with the selection process. Each case is
carefully screened and along with the consultation of retained
experts, every claim is investigated and discussed. Upon
acceptance of a case it is immediately assigned to a team comprised
of support staff and a preparation attorney. Assignments are made
according to the nature of the case and the expertise of the legal
team. The diverse professional backgrounds of the firm’s 20
lawyers, including retired judges,

as a result of a failure to diagnose an anatomic anomaly; $12
million verdict for a traumatically injured bicyclist struck by a
transit authority bus; and $8 million award to a man who lost his
legs after jumping from an unguarded window in the psychiatric ward
of a City-owned hospital.
