Mary Nicholls came to the firm after serving as a law
clerk in the Appellate Division Second Department. She
holds a B.S., B.A., J.D. and L.L.M degrees. Also a
registered professional nurse who worked at major
metropolitan hospitals, Ms. Nicholls has a broad
knowledge of medicine. She appropriately specializes
in the preparation of complex medical malpractice
actions.
Whether her client is the injured person or a family
member of the deceased, Mary Nicholls and her team

Ms. Nicholls serves as a surrogate decision-making
